Jack Nicklaus designed The Grizzly in 1972 as one of his very first solo course projects — a big, muscular parkland layout that once hosted the PGA Tour's Kings Island Open and the LPGA Championship. Playing a Nicklaus original in the Golden Bear's home state is one of the great value rounds in the Midwest.
